Welcome to the Hartford Advocate's Grand Band Slam 2010 ballot.

This is probably the toughest poll we do, mainly because there are so many promising musical acts in the area, and so few spaces here to be filled. The polling process is pretty intense, and we want to make sure we do things fairly. You can help us do that by a) making sure you spell the name of the band or musician you’re voting for correctly; and b) being fair! We'll disqualify any multiple votes that come from the same computer. This should deter any ballot stuffing/poor sportsmanship. Please only vote for bands and artists who operate out of or live in central Connecticut or the greater Hartford area. Other than that, pick freely – but carefully! – and have fun!
