The ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery starts off plain -- vanilla, chocolate, mint -- but it doesn't stay that way long as you mix in your choice of 30 different "mix-ins" and "do it up," says Heather Dobruck, assistant manager at the South Windsor store. "We just started doing ice cream cupcakes that are ridiculously popular, with a Belgian chocolate shell," says Dobruck. "It's filled with a layer of cake fudge ice cream and frosting on top."
