Best Place To Buy Vinyl
Yes, you can still get vinyl. And yes, some people even prefer these old records -- the kind that spun around on a turntable -- to CDs or MP3s. And if you're interested in used records, you should acquaint yourself with the little gem that is Integrity 'N Music. The Wethersfield shop moved around the corner and downstairs a few years ago, but it's still more or less at the same spot. You just have to look a little harder to find it. And isn't that what record-shopping is all about? The hunt? Integrity specializes in jazz, but unlike a lot of other vinyl shops these days, the stash is not primarily on-line, meaning that if you're on the lookout for that Grant Green record, a classic from Stevie Wonder, or some more esoteric out jazz, you've got a decent chance of finding it tucked in the stacks there. Expect to see local jazz players flipping through the bins when you visit. Integrity also hosts live music in the store. It's a treasure, and in an age of disappearing music stores, we're lucky to have it.
