What's the most awesome thing you've ever seen a drunk do?
When I worked in Bar Harbor, Maine. I saw a patron do "The Wall." The Wall is when you drink a pint of each tap beer in order from left to right. The bar had 21 taps. He was the perfect guy to do it, he wasn't unruly, he was very polite. It was pretty impressive.

Secret bar talent?
I am extremely fast. I've made 1,100 drinks in a day. My best skill though is throwing coasters across the bar, like a Frisbee. I learned this actually by being drunk not by bartending.

What's your ideal night for bartending?
It's when guests come in happy and ready to dance ... when everyone is enjoying our music. And of course it's ideal to get good tips.

Greatest thing you ever did as a bartender?
The greatest thing I ever did as a bartender was break up a fight which was also my biggest mistake I ever made as a bartender.

Your favorite drink?
I love making mojitos. I know a lot of bartenders don't because they are time-consuming. Some bartenders will despise you for ordering one. I like to make them because there are a lot of fresh ingredients and there's a lot of flavors to be had in various rums.
