Last month, the state of Connecticut overturned its ban on same-sex marriages, and earlier this week, gay marriage officially became legal for Connecticut residents. Though gay marriage advocates have achieved major victories in the past few months, the debate over same-sex marriage in our state is nowhere near finished.
